In February 2020, we acquired Vehicle Safety Holding Corp., adding Vehicle Safety Manufacturing®, LLC and the Rostra® brands. This acquisition added distribution channels including original equipment service distributors and specialty vehicle manufacturers, and enhanced our product assortment with innovative technologies including turn signal switches, lighting products, obstacle sensing systems, cruise control systems, camera systems, and more.

In July 2020, we acquired the majority of Directed's automotive aftermarket business, adding eight brands, headlined by Viper®. With these assets, we became the #1 supplier of remote start and security systems, while significantly enhancing our telematics offering and strengthening our distribution network of aftermarket specialists, wholesalers and distributors, consumer electronics & auto aftermarket retailers, car dealerships, and expeditors.
