It also consists of our consumer accessories business in Germany, headlined by our Schwaiger® and Oehlbach® brands. Our customers include many of the leading big-box retailers, specialty retail chains, audio and sound dealers, and online marketplaces globally. We have also formed several partnerships, enabling us to expand our distribution network and enter new growth categories.

In May 2019, we combined the operations of our Accessories and Premium Audio business to leverage our extensive distribution, logistics and marketing capabilities, and to expand with our retail and online channel partners. We sell various products under a strong brand portfolio and consistently develop new solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of global consumers. Additionally, we possess leading market share across several areas of the premium audio industry.

In VOXX Consumer, we house the #1 premium loudspeaker company, Klipsch®, founded in 1946 in Hope Arkansas and headquartered today in Indianapolis, IN, along with other powerful audio brands including Onkyo®, Magnat®, MacAudio, and Heco®. We offer a diverse range of premium audio products including passive loudspeakers, soundbars, party speakers, receivers and technology solutions for almost any consumer and professional application, including cinema, whole-house, wireless, home theater and portable solutions.
